GETTING TO ALBION - Downtown District & Albion College

The City of Albion is conveniently located at the crossroads of I-94 and M-99 in Calhoun County, Michigan.

Arriving from the west on I-94 (from Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, or Marshall):

Take Exit 121, which is Business Loop 94. The offramp ends with a stop sign on N. Eaton St. For most Albion attractions, including the Downtown, Albion College, and Victory Park, make a right (south) turn onto N. Eaton. Proceed south through a stoplight at W. Watson St. and continue until the stoplight at the intersection with Austin Ave. Make a left turn (east) onto Austin, and stay in the right traffic lane. Pass the intersection with N. Clinton St., and Austin Ave. ends with a sharp right (south) onto N. Superior St. Proceed south on Superior St. until the stoplight at the major intersection with Michigan Ave. (M-99).

• If your destination is the Historic Downtown Business District, including City Hall and Kids 'N' Stuff Museum, proceed south on Superior St.
• If your destination is the Albion College campus, make a left turn (east) onto Michigan Ave. and proceed east through one stoplight at N. Ingham St. Make a right turn (south) on N. Hannah St. This puts you in the heart of the campus. Consult a campus map for further directions.
• If your destination is Victory Park, home of the Band Shell, River Trail, and Disc Golf course, please proceed as described below.

Arriving from the east on I-94 (from Parma, Jackson, or Ann Arbor) or from the north on M-99 (from Springport, Eaton Rapids, or Lansing):

If on I-94 heading west, take Exit 124, which is M-99. The offramp is a circle and ends with a stop sign on Eaton Rapids Rd. (M-99). For all Albion attractions including the Downtown, Albion College, and Victory Park, make a right (south) turn onto Eaton Rapids Rd. Very soon bear sharply right (west) onto Michigan Ave. Follow this road into the ciy limits. Proceed through a stoplight at Clark St.

• If your destination is the Albion College campus, make a left turn (south) on N. Hannah St. This puts you in the heart of the campus. Consult a campus map for further directions.
• For other destinations, continue west on Michigan Ave. (M-99) until the stoplight at the major intersection with Superior St. Make a left turn (south) onto S. Superior St. This is the Historic Downtown Business District. If your destination is Victory Park, home of the Band Shell, River Trail, and Disc Golf course, please proceed as described below.

GETTING TO VICTORY PARK - Band Shell, River Trail & Disc Golf Course

Proceed south on S. Superior St., now also known as M-99. Proceed through stoplights at Cass St. and Erie St. Proceed south past Ash, Elm, Walnut, and Oak Sts. Make a left turn (east) onto River St. River St. is only to the left, it does not cross Superior on the right. Proceed east on River St., bearing right it becomes Haven Rd. Proceed over a bridge, you will see Victory Park on the left. Make a left turn onto Veterans Way. Victory Park contains an extensive playground, soccer fields, an ice rink, a concert band shell, river trail, and disc golf course.
